Content Rules: Real People

We're committed to keeping it an enjoyable and respectful space for everyone. A place where we can harness the power of AI while ensuring everyone's privacy and consent are respected.

On LetzAI we differentiate between private and public models.

Public models allow everyone on the platform to generate images using your model.
Public models also allow everyone accessing the LetzAI API to generate images using your models and to read your model’s description, website, thumbnail and other public information.
Private models are only available to the person/account that created them, and to users that operate under an API Key that was generated with that account.

In order to create a public model of a real, identifiable person, you will need to hold the necessary rights to that person’s images.
The same applies for products, architecture, or any other content that typically involves licensing rights or copyright.

Furthermore, we allow users to publish images on their own feeds. Only images that use only public models are allowed to be published. Images that use at least one private model in their generation data cannot be published to a feed.

Depicting Real People in Public AI Models

Portraying real people in any mature or suggestive context is strictly prohibited. This includes:

Every Image that is generated and contains mature content is automatically flagged by one of our AI Systems and cannot be published to the feed.

Our AI detection isn't perfect, and not all images containing mature content are properly tagged, so if you see something, please take a moment to report it.

If you come across content that you believe doesn't adhere to our community guidelines, please don't hesitate to report it. A "Report" button is generally available in content menus on images and models throughout the site. If you don't see it, you can always reach out to us at support@letz.ai.

I am the real person or a legal representative of the real person, product, or other object displayed in a model. I did not consent to the use. Can the model be taken down?

We care a lot about the rights of individuals and the use of their likeness. If you find an image that's depicting your likeness you can request to have it removed by emailing us at support@letz.ai.
As soon as we receive your request, we will handle your case and may get back to you to request ID or similar verification.

If we find that your model was created illegally, all images that were generated using that model will be removed from the platform as well. This includes unpublished content.
