What Are Boards?

Think of Boards like digital bulletin boards where you can pin your AI-generated images for easy viewing, commenting, and collaboration. Our Browse Boards section (found in the bottom navigation bar of the LetzAI app) shows:

  • All the Boards you’ve joined: So you can quickly access projects or collaborations you’re a part of.
  • All the public Boards: Created by the wider LetzAI Community—awesome for discovering inspiration or exploring what others are up to.

With Boards, you’ll be able to keep your images in one place, share them easily, and invite others to comment or just take a peek. No more endless emailing or chaotic messaging back and forth!

Three Kinds of Boards

  1. Public Boards
Anyone can see or join these Boards, which is perfect if you want to share your work with the entire LetzAI community or crowdsource feedback. Public Boards can be a great place to find like-minded creatives or show off your latest masterpiece.

  2. Private Boards
This is where all the hush-hush stuff happens. Only invited members can view and participate. Think of private Boards as your personal little AI creation chamber—ideal for personal projects or small team collaborations.

  3. Mature Boards
Some AI-generated content is better suited for mature audiences. If you’re working on edgier concepts or anything that isn’t all-ages appropriate, you can mark a Board as mature so everyone is clear on the nature of the content before hopping in.

Heads up: To create a new Community Board, you’ll need to be on a paid subscription plan. To view boards, you don't need a subscription and anyone with a LetzAI account can see public boards or boards they've been invited to.

A Real-World Problem (and how boards solve it)

Let’s take a look at a common problem we see in the wild:

Scenario: You’re a designer (we’ll call you D) working on AI-generated images for your client (K). You create these images using LetzAI (yay!), download them, then email them off to K. K reviews them via email, sends feedback back to you, and you then jump back into LetzAI to make changes.
Talk about back-and-forth chaos!

Is this you?

In other words, you’ve got multiple media breaks:

  • Generate AI images on LetzAI.
  • Download them to your computer.
  • Email the files to your client.
  • Get email feedback.
  • Back to LetzAI to implement changes.
  • Possibly repeat 2–5 (∞ times)...

It’s cumbersome, it’s messy, and it leads to confusion over which version is the latest. You also risk losing track of feedback or instructions in a sea of emails. Plus, your client can’t comment directly on the images, so you’re missing out on a smooth collaboration pipeline.

How Boards Eliminate These Pain Points

Here’s where Boards come to the rescue. Let’s reimagine the same scenario, but with a Board:

  • You (Designer D) create a Private Board for your project with K.
  • You generate AI images using LetzAI—no downloading necessary. Just add them straight to your Private Board.
  • You invite your client (K) to join the Board on LetzAI. (They just need a free LetzAI account to view the Board.)
  • K now sees the images directly inside LetzAI and can leave comments or Likes right there.
  • Any new images or edits you make can be instantly updated on the Board—no emails, no separate links.

Boom! No more email threads with attachments or multiple versions. All your AI images live on the Board, with feedback in context, so you and your client are always on the same page–you’ll be amazed how much time this saves.

More Good Stuff from Boards

  • Real-Time Feedback: Collaborators can comment as soon as they see new images.
  • Better Organization: Keep all your project-related images grouped under a single Board.
  • Public Showcases: If you want to open your project to the community, switch your Board to public. Artists, designers, or fans from around the world can chime in. Great for crowd-sourced inspiration.

Why This Matters for All Creatives and Teams

  • Seamless Collaboration: No more jumpy email attachments or scattered file hosts. LetzAI Boards let you store, view, and discuss everything in one platform.
  • Cost-Effective: Especially if you’re already using LetzAI to generate images. You don’t need additional project management software—just set up a Board and you’re good to go.
  • Scalable: Whether it’s a small private Board for you and a friend or a large public Board followed by thousands, LetzAI can handle it.
  • Enhanced Feedback Loop: Comment directly on the images. Everyone’s notes stay neatly threaded under each piece of content, so no idea gets lost.
