If you use custom models in your prompts, you need to make sure to secure the image rights to your subjects. This is similar to traditional photography.

While LetzAI enables the creation of images (like a camera), LetzAI itself cannot directly grant commercial licenses for the people, items and styles featured in these images.
Users wishing to utilize images generated through LetzAI for commercial purposes are solely responsible for securing the appropriate licenses from the respective copyright or intellectual property rights holders portrayed on their original images.

Utilizing another user's model or the likeness of a real person for unauthorized commercial purposes or for any purposes that go against our terms of service is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban and/or involve legal consequences by the image rights holder for the infringing user.
