Do you train your models on our work?

Accepted Answer

No. LetzAI does not use your organization's prompts, uploads, references or generations to train or fine-tune LetzAI's own models. Third-party model providers receive what is needed to produce the generation you requested and process it under their own terms.

Who owns what we generate?

Accepted Answer

Your organization does, as between you and LetzAI, and you may use, modify and commercialize it. That ownership does not hand you third-party rights: people, brands, music, trademarks and copyrighted works still need their own permissions. A general IP indemnity is only available if it is expressly granted in a separate written Enterprise agreement.

Question 3

Where is LetzAI based, and where is our data processed?

LetzAI is operated by Depixit SARL, a Luxembourg company, and handles personal data under EU data-protection law including the GDPR. Generations are produced with third-party model providers and infrastructure partners, which means some inputs are sent to those providers purely to deliver the generation you asked for. We do not claim that every processing step happens inside the EU.

What does "uncensored" actually mean here?

The Enterprise Seedance models are the professional Studio variants. They accept face references and a private portrait library, they work with real people and licensed IP once your clearance is approved, and they handle mature and violent themes that consumer safety tiers refuse. They are not lawless: illegal content, minors in sexual or exploitative contexts, non-consensual deepfakes and unlicensed likeness or IP remain prohibited and are enforced.

Can we generate a real actor or a licensed character?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through clearance. You choose IP copyright or likeness rights, sign the matching BytePlus authorisation template, and attach proof that you own or are permitted to use the subject. LetzAI prepares the Platform Letter of Undertaking and submits the request. Review is manual and approval is not guaranteed.

Question 6

Do we need an organization to use the Enterprise models?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Models like Seedance 2.0 Enterprise and Seedance 2.5 Enterprise only appear once you have switched into an organization with an active Enterprise plan, because jobs are validated against that organization and carry its safety identifier.

Question 7

How do credits work across a team?

Accepted Answer

The organization has one shared pool. Members switch into the organization with the org switcher, and from then on their generations debit the pool instead of their personal balance. Plan credits refill each period; top-up credits do not expire.

Question 8

Can we pay by invoice?

Accepted Answer

Basic and Plus are paid by card through Stripe. Custom plans can be billed by invoice when we agree that in writing, with the terms set out on the invoice or in the signed agreement.

Question 9

How do we cancel?

Accepted Answer

On Basic and Plus an admin cancels in the organization's subscription settings or through the Stripe portal; it takes effect on confirmation and you keep access for the period already paid. Custom plans paid by invoice are cancelled by email to contact@letz.ai with one month's notice. Cancelling does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Is Single Sign-On available?

Yes, on request, for Enterprise organizations. Which identity providers are supported and any setup cost are agreed in writing, so it is part of a Custom conversation rather than a self-serve toggle.

Accepted Answer

Enterprise admins get priority support by email, and Plus adds a dedicated account manager. Deeper enablement — onboarding sessions per department, brand alignment, workflow work, production help — comes from LetzAI Creative Studios on request, quoted separately from the subscription.
