An Update on LetzAI Pricing
TL;DR We will increase our credit costs, starting January 15th, 2026.
Since launching LetzAI, one of our goals has always been to make the best generative AI models accessible without compromise. Over the past years, this approach has made LetzAI known for its high-quality results while having unusually low generation, upscaling, and especially training prices.
From day one, we offered unlimited model training on all plans and kept inference prices consistently below market rates. We did this without temporary discounts, hidden limitations, or "special" yearly offers. This was possible thanks to strong partnerships with GCore, Google and Amazon's Startup Programs, the NVIDIA Inception Program, the EU's AI Factory initiative, as well as through the relentless work of our research team and creative agency, who helped absorb losses created by our unusually low pricing.
As the generative AI landscape evolves and some models become mature, the reality of operating a high-quality platform has changed in recent months.
The arrival of significantly powerful models like Nano Banana Pro, the rapid growth of video generation, the increasing long-term storage requirements and increasing hardware costs, and a continuously growing user base have fundamentally increased our operational costs. At the same time, our commitment to quality has not changed.
Why Now?
One of LetzAI's core value propositions remains to offer a carefully curated selection of the best AI inference models available, without compromise. When we started, open-source models dominated this field. Over the past year, however, closed models have advanced to a point where they significantly outperform open alternatives for real-world, production-grade use. While this may change again in the future, today's reality requires access to premium model ecosystems to deliver the results our users expect.
For example, we believe that for most use cases it's much more handy to get a perfect result immediately through a model like Nano Banana Pro, than having to iterate several times through cheaper and less powerful models.
We know this, because we are in the trenches. We generate images and videos for our own projects and for our clients through our creative agency Neon Internet every day.
The big upside of these new models is that they no longer require extensive training processes to create new images. Instead, they can simply use reference images to create equally good (or better) results. That's why we call them "Instant" Models (vs. "Trained" models) on our platform now.
Unfortunately, this shift also comes with a downside. It takes away one of the core value proposition's of LetzAI's founding idea: Being able to add yourself to AI while keeping control over how you can be used inside the system.
Our margins as a platform are tighter to nonexistent, infrastructure costs are higher, and the room for special deals becomes smaller every day. Continuing to operate the platform at a loss per generated image or video is not sustainable.
For all of the above reasons, we have decided to update our pricing so that LetzAI can continue operating responsibly, independently, and without compromising on quality.
We are updating our consumer prices to cover our infrastructure costs better, and we're updating our Enterprise pricing to allow Enterprise users to generate the same number of images as consumers and rely less on model training.

All pricing updates will come into effect on January 15th.
We understand that pricing changes are never easy.
However, this step allows us to continue investing in the best models, reliable infrastructure, and a platform that creators and businesses can depend on long-term.
LetzAI remains bootstrapped, independent, and focused on doing one thing well: delivering uncompromising generative AI tools that work in real-world scenarios.
