Your provider account, our tools
Many of the models on LetzAI are served by a handful of providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, FAL.ai, BytePlus or InferenceSH. If you already pay one of them directly, you can now paste that API key into LetzAI and every model we support from that provider will bill your account there instead of your LetzAI credits. Studio, Chat, Canvas and the models inside them stay exactly the same; only who pays for the inference changes.
This is Bring Your Own Keys. It works for image, video and upscale models, and for the text models behind Chat and Canvas (Claude, GPT, Grok and Gemini).
Who can use it
- Personal accounts — Pro and Ultra. Open Settings → Bring Your Own Keys.
- Organizations — included with Enterprise plans. Organization admins open the organization's settings and choose the Bring Your Own Keys tab. Keys saved there are used by every member while they work inside that organization.
The two never mix: while an organization is selected in the org switcher, only the organization's keys are used. Your personal keys are never spent on organization work, and organization keys are never spent on your personal account.
How to set it up
- Create an API key in your provider's console (for example the OpenAI or Anthropic dashboard).
- On LetzAI, open Settings → Bring Your Own Keys, or your organization's Bring Your Own Keys tab.
- Find the provider, paste the key and press Save key.
- Expand the models list under the provider to see exactly which models will now run on your key.
That is all. The next time you pick one of those models, the picker shows your masked key next to it and the model price reads 0 credits. LetzAI still keeps 1 credit per job for storing the result.
Good to know
- 1 credit per job for storage. The model itself is billed to your provider, not your LetzAI credit pool. We keep 1 credit when the result is stored on our servers. That is the only LetzAI charge on a job that ran on your key, so you still need at least one credit on the account to start.
- Pause instead of delete. Each key has an Active switch. Turn it off to go back to LetzAI credits for a while without re-pasting the key later. After you cancel, keys stay in use until the paid period ends. Dropping below Pro, or letting that period run out, pauses them automatically.
- Replace any time. Paste a new key into the same slot to rotate it. Saved keys are always shown masked.
- Invalid or expired keys fail loudly. If a provider rejects your key, the generation fails with a message that links straight back to the settings page. Nothing falls back to your credits silently.
- InferenceSH needs the models on your plan. Models routed through InferenceSH run on your InferenceSH account, so your subscription there has to include them.
Why we built it
Teams or Creators that already have enterprise agreements with a model provider asked for a way to keep using that contract while working in LetzAI. Bring Your Own Keys does that without a separate plan or a separate product: your team gets the same Canvas, the same Chat and the same Studio, and your provider invoice covers the inference.
