V3 is our most advanced release yet, with significant improvements in photorealism, model combination capabilities, and text interpretation. To get the most out of these upgrades, you'll need to change the way you think about prompting.

Let’s start with an example prompt that combines everything we’re about to cover in this article. Then, we’ll break down the prompt to help you understand how to build your own.

Use Natural Language

So, what makes a good prompt? The good news is that V3 understands natural language, so you can stop worrying over punctuation and formatting 😌.

The key to a great prompt is to be as descriptive as possible. Use vivid adjectives to paint a clear scene of the person, object, or style you want to generate. The more specific you are, the more control you have over the final result.

Use @ to Tag Models

In the example above, we tagged “@Hailee”, one of our virtual influencers, to generate an image of her by using her LetzAI Model. The thousands of community Models are a big part of the LetzAI experience and allow you to easily add people, products, or styles to your images. Crafting a Prompt: A Step-by-Step Guide

Now that we've covered the basics, let's dive into the process of crafting a prompt.

Define your style

Set the tone for your image by specifying the style you're aiming for. This could be a specific genre, era, or aesthetic. Even if you're using a style model, adding a few descriptive words can help refine the result.

Describe your subject

Bring your subject to life by focusing on its key features. For people, this might include facial features, eye color, hair, and clothing. For objects, consider their shape, texture, text, and any distinctive details. Even if you're using a person or object model, adding a few descriptive words can help bring out the details you want to see.

Set the scene

Establish the context for your image by describing the background and environment. Focus on one or two key elements that will help evoke the desired mood or atmosphere.

Lighting and color

Shape the mood and atmosphere of your image by describing the lighting, such as the source, intensity, and direction. You can also specify the color palette, including hues, saturation, and contrast, to add depth and emotion to your image.

Convey emotion

Evoke a specific emotional response from your viewer by infusing your image with a clear mood and atmosphere. Use descriptive language to convey the feelings and sensations you want to evoke, such as serenity, excitement, or melancholy.

Composition and dynamics

Consider the placement of your subject, its relationship to the background, and how to create a sense of depth and dimensionality. Describe the composition and dynamics of your image to help the model create a visually appealing and balanced result.

Use positive phrasing

Instead of telling LetzAI what not to do, guide it with clear, positive instructions. Avoid phrases like, "Don't make the background too bright" and instead, use positive, guiding phrases.

Clarify stylistic elements if needed

We recommend using style models for the best results, and with thousands of models, there's a good chance you'll find one that fits your vision. But if you can’t find the perfect match and don’t want to train your own style model, you can describe the style directly in your prompt or add style keywords like "vintage" or "modern." Keep in mind, though, if the style doesn’t align with the model, it might lead to unexpected results. Sometimes, those happy little accidents are what make V3 so exciting!

Improve Prompt

Feeling uninspired? Just use the "Improve Prompt" feature to automatically generate a more refined prompt for you. It’s a quick and easy way to jumpstart your creativity and get fresh ideas flowing.

Photorealism

To get photorealistic results, we highly recommend to keep the "Creativity" Slider at a maximum of 2. The lower the Creativity Slider is, the more photorealistic the results will be.

Use model combinations (advanced)

Want to get creative? You can combine multiple models to generate truly unique images. For example, you can combine one model of a person with another model for a specific outfit or style.

To make sure the models work together smoothly, you can adjust their “intensities” with the intensity slider. The slider controls how strongly each model influences the final image, and it will pop up whenever you add a model tag to your prompt. If you add multiple models in one prompt, you will also be greeted with multiple sliders.

The default intensity is 0.8, which can either be lowered all the way to 0 or increased to a 1.2 value. Below 0.5 the influence of a model will be very small or nonexistent, and anything above 1.0 is only recommended if you want the content of that model to be very dominant. But be careful, things can get messy at high intensities.

In most cases, several high intensities are not compatible with each other. Therefore, the following generally applies: the more models are mixed, the lower the individual intensities should be to increase the chances of obtaining clean results.

Balance detail and simplicity

Avoid over-specifying your prompt, as this can limit the model's ability to generate a unique and compelling image. Instead, provide a clear direction while leaving some aspects open to interpretation. This will allow LetzAI to bring its creativity to the table.
