LetzAI is expanding — and we’re making it easier than ever for teams to collaborate, scale, and manage your LetzAI portfolio together. With the introduction of Organizations, teams of all sizes can now manage shared credits, models, and training operations from a centralized dashboard.
Whether you're running a design studio, a marketing agency, or work at a large corporation, Organizations gives you structure and control. Add team members, assign roles, and share models securely — all while managing a single credit pool across your team.
Combined with our powerful Model Training API, Organizations turns LetzAI into a complete platform for managing characters, products, aesthetics, and more — at scale and with your team fully onboard.

These features are available to all Enterprise Plan users. Organization tools are designed to fit your workflows — whether you're a small studio or a large corporation integrating LetzAI into your own apps.
Creating an Organization
In order to create an Organization, go to the new Organizations page.
Before you can invite team members, the organization needs to be activated by subscribing to an Enterprise Plan.
Once they're member of an organization, users can choose from which account they want to deplete credits from.
Being part of an organization also gives members access to every creator feature, like Image Editing or the Find feature.

Sharing models
Organizations come with a new feature called "Shared Models".
Shared models are models that are available for all members of an organization. They are private by default, but can be made available to other team members, when shared.
To share a model with an Organization, simply open the model's settings page, and select the organization you want to share it with.
A shared model will appear in the organization's model list, and can be used by all members of the organization.
Public models can also be shared with an organization, but the only benefit in this case is that the model will appear on the organizations model's list.

Organizations are available for all users on Enterprise plans. These plans can now be purchased directly through the platform, and are available in monthly or yearly billing.
