Organizations

How to select your organization in the prompt composer dropdown, share credits and private @models, unlock Seedance Enterprise, and manage team settings.

Organizations on LetzAI give your studio, agency, or company a shared workspace while keeping every member's personal account separate. You can belong to up to ten organizations at once and switch between your personal credits and your team's workspace in one click.

The most important control when working in a team is the Organization Switcher dropdown inside the prompt composer. What you select there decides who pays for the job, which models appear in your picker, whether your company's API keys are used, and which rights clearances and agent sandboxes apply.

How and why to select your organization when prompting

Joining an organization does not automatically bill your personal experiments to your company, and it does not lock you out of your personal credits. Instead, you choose your active workspace right where you prompt.

Selecting an organization in the LetzAI prompt composer dropdown

Where to find the Organization dropdown

  • In Create (the main prompt composer) — Top-right corner of the prompt box, across from the mode tabs (Ask, Generate image, Edit image, Animate, Edit video, Sound, Upscale).
  • In AI Chat and on Canvas — Directly above the chat input bar beside your remaining credit counter.
  • Inside the Out-of-Credits banner — If your personal account or an organization runs out of credits mid-session, the switcher appears inside the notice so you can switch workspaces without losing your prompt.

Opening the dropdown shows your own account at the top with your plan, followed by every organization you belong to and the credits available in each one. An organization without credits is greyed out and cannot be selected. The gear next to each organization opens its settings, and Create new organization at the bottom starts a new one.

Remembered across every surface: Once you select an organization in the dropdown, LetzAI remembers that choice across Create, AI Chat, Canvas, and new browser tabs until you switch back to your own account.

What selecting your organization does

EffectWhat changes when your organization is selected
1. Shared credit pool Every image, video, audio track, upscale, model training job, and AI agent turn draws from the organization's shared pool (within any per-member spending cap set by your admin) instead of your personal balance.
2. Seedance Enterprise Seedance 2.5 Enterprise, Seedance 2.0 Enterprise, and Seedance 2.5 Enterprise Draft Mode appear in the model picker only when an active Enterprise organization is selected. Jobs carry your organization's safety identifier and use its private portrait and asset library.
3. Company Bring Your Own Keys (0 credits) If an admin saved API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, FAL.ai, BytePlus, ElevenLabs, or Inference Shell on the organization, covered models run on the company's provider account for 0 LetzAI credits. Members never need to see or paste a key.
4. IP & likeness clearances Approved Copyright Clearance submissions for protected brands, characters, or public figures are bound to the organization and apply automatically when prompting Seedance Enterprise inside that organization.
5. AI Agent Cloud Sandboxes In Chat and Canvas, seats with sandbox access enabled receive an isolated Linux cloud sandbox with a shell, Python, Node.js, ffmpeg, and a live browser.

All Organization features

Administrators manage seats, credit distribution, Enterprise video clearance, provider keys, agent sandboxes, and shared assets from the organization dashboard at /organizations.

Shared credit pool, split allocations, and member caps

In the Credits tab, administrators control how the team shares its balance:

  • Pooled credits — Every member draws from one central credit pool as they work.
  • Split credits — Divide the organization's credits evenly across seats so each member has a dedicated allocation.
  • Per-member spending caps — Set a custom cap for individual members—either as a monthly limit that resets each billing cycle or a total limit—so a single batch never exhausts the studio's balance unexpectedly.
  • Non-expiring top-ups — Active Enterprise organizations can purchase one-time credit top-ups (500,000, 2,500,000, or 4,250,000 credits) that never expire and lower the per-credit rate by up to 53%.

Seedance 2.0 & 2.5 Enterprise and Draft Mode

Working inside an active Enterprise organization unlocks ByteDance's professional Seedance Studio workflow on LetzAI:

  • Seedance 2.5 Enterprise — Up to 30-second clips at 480p, 720p, or 1080p with native synchronized audio, up to 50 multimodal references (30 images, 10 videos, 10 audio files), and an organization-scoped portrait library.
  • Seedance 2.0 Enterprise — Up to 15-second clips in resolutions up to 4K, with up to 12 multimodal references (9 images, 3 videos, 3 audio files) and native synchronized audio.
  • Seedance 2.5 Enterprise Draft Mode — Render fast 480p takes with synchronized sound to explore framing and motion, then upscale your chosen take to 1080p within 7 days while keeping the exact shot and audio.
  • Professional creative latitude — Supports face references, approved real-person likenesses and licensed IP, and mature dramatic themes within legal and safety boundaries.

From your organization page, open Copyright Clearance to submit permission documentation for protected subjects used with Seedance Enterprise:

  • IP Copyright — For copyrighted characters, products, and brand properties your organization owns or is licensed to use.
  • Artiste Likeness Rights — For actors, presenters, or public figures your organization represents or holds signed authorization to depict.

Download the official BytePlus authorization templates, attach signed proof of ownership or representation, and submit for manual review. LetzAI prepares the Platform Letter of Undertaking on your organization's behalf.

Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)

In the organization's Bring Your Own Keys tab, admins can save API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, FAL.ai, BytePlus, ElevenLabs, and Inference Shell.

  • Every text, image, video, audio, and upscale model served by a configured provider runs on the organization's key for 0 LetzAI credits while the organization is selected in the dropdown.
  • LetzAI places a temporary 1-credit hold when a job starts and refunds it once the job finishes on your key, so keep at least 1 credit in the organization pool.
  • Personal member keys and organization keys are strictly separate. See the full Bring Your Own Keys guide for setup details.

AI Agent Cloud Sandboxes

Enterprise organizations can give their Chat and Canvas agents an isolated gVisor cloud sandbox with a shell, Python, Node.js, ffmpeg, a real browser, and open internet access so the agent can run code, process files, composite media, and inspect live web pages. In the Sandbox tab, admins can set access to Off, Everyone, or Selected members.

Shared private @models, Canvases, Boards, and the Model Training API

  • Private shared @models — Keep custom Character, Object, and Style models set to Private while sharing them with your organization. Every member can prompt with @your_model in Create, Chat, and Canvas without publishing proprietary assets to the public feed.
  • Shared Canvases & Boards — Collaborate with teammates on infinite Canvas projects, review shots, cut timelines in LetzMotion, and curate shared asset Boards.
  • Model Training API — Programmatically create, update, and manage models from your own systems with POST /models. See the API Documentation.

Roles, invite cards, and billing

Members tab in LetzAI organization settings

  • Owner, Admin, and Viewer roles — Owners and Admins manage seats, credit caps, BYOK keys, sandbox access, and billing; Viewers focus on creating with shared models, canvases, and credits.
  • Three ways to invite teammates — Invite by LetzAI username, share an invite link, or download a QR code invite card from the Invite card tab and approve access requests in one click.
  • Enterprise plans — Choose Enterprise Basic (10 seats, 200,000 monthly credits), Enterprise Plus (30 seats, 750,000 monthly credits, dedicated account manager), or Enterprise Custom. Compare plans in Enterprise Plans.

Quick checklist before you prompt

  1. Check the Composer Dropdown first — Make sure the button in the top-right corner of the prompt box shows your Organization name instead of your own account.
  2. Pick your model and team @models — Select Seedance 2.5 Enterprise, Seedance 2.0 Enterprise, or a BYOK-backed model, and tag your organization's private @models.
  3. Switch back anytime for personal work — Click the same dropdown and choose your own account whenever you want to use your personal credits.
